Any picture with water, providing the water is moving. So we had sea, rivers, fountains, weirs, taps... An opportunity to use our imaginations. Well done everyone! And we welcomed new members to our groups this month.

Bob liked the background of water in the weir and foreground water over the rocks in Anne's picture.
Anne used a long exposure to create the blurred effect.

Fiona admired Bob D's "Riding a wave" taken at the Lost Shore resort at Ratho.
This is Bob's other shot taken at the Lost Shore, with the surfer in the tube formed by the breaking wave. These shots were taken with the Telephoto lens he uses for sports & wildlife.

Bob T was pleased with his shot of the weir, with the contrast between rushing water over the weir and the calmer water at the foot. The diagonal branch adds extra interest.
Sonia chose this pleasing picture with the light catching both water and greenery.

Brian had taken this picture in the Japanese Garden at Stobo, including a strategically placed bench.
Anne liked the movement of the water over the contrasting stones
